So good that it hurts ~

Took a trip over to LA and Las Vegas for a total of 1 week. I did loads of shopping and had lots of fun but I felt what had stuck with me the most were the calories from the trip lol >.> For some reason after the trip I cannot control my eating! I came home today and ate 2 instant noodles, 2 bowls of congee with chicken, vegetables, 4 chocolate bars and fruit. I've never eaten so much within a day before. I must have consumed about 3000 calories because the chocolate bars alone were 500 - 600 calories.

I told my bf I usually never have the push to work out really really hard until I feel so extremely disgusted with myself and right at this point...... that's exactly how I feel.

Tomorrow morning I am changing. LOL. I feel so gross. I can't eat another chocolate bar. I have no idea what came over me and how I lost control of my good eating habits.

Warning to vacation go-ers...... Eat in moderation >.> The bad habits may follow you home!

But overall, super happy fun trip, definitely the break I needed :)

  1. Wow that's a lot of delicious looking food! Don't feel too badly - that's how I generally feel when coming back from vacation in the US. Did you guys drive from LA to Vegas? The last time I did that drive I almost DIIIIEEED from the heat (we chose the WORST time to drive). Hope you had a fantastic time! I miss Vegas :)

  2. Haha.. Love the first picture! Lee's sandwich? Vietnamese Baguettes! I think I bought it too when I was in LA. I love to eat Vietnamese food in LA, they are really good! Anyways, my husband's parents are Vietnamese as well, so I often eat Vietnamese food (:
